Group Details For Painting for pleasure

If you would like to paint and draw in a relaxed and friendly group of like-minded people - come and join us. You will need to provide your own materials - paints, paper, brushes, drawing board etc. If you enjoy working in a group and sharing knowledge and skills then you will enjoy our sessions. Don’t worry about the standard – we have a range of abilities from beginners upwards. Over the past few years we have tried painting in acrylics, pastels and watercolours, as well as drawing with charcoal, pencil and crayon. Subject matter has included still lifes, a studio model, outdoor scenes of Ogwell and beyond – and working in the studio from photographs and other images including video tutorials. Group members are welcome to work on their own project or join in with group activities.
