Group Description :
This popular group is running two sessions every Monday. We aim to have a gentle session, 9.30am to 10.15 as well as a more active session, 10.45-11.30 each week. Everyone works at their own pace and use slight adaptations to fit their own physical needs.
We stop for a social tea, coffee and biscuits between our two sessions so that we can re-hydrate and restore our energy levels!
