Group Description :
Weigh and Walk is a group for members who are wanting to improve their fitness/weight and would like to meet with other members for mutual support and motivation. We will be meeting monthly at the Country table cafe in Newton Abbot, to share progress and tips.
We also use WhatsApp to share ideas for walks, all members encouraged to contribute in the suggesting and planning of walks.
