Group Details For Computer Know How

This group will be open to all members on the Second and Fourth Tuesday each month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, in the Library at Newton Abbot.

Beginner or more experienced - all will be welcome.

Drop in with "one off" enquiries or looking to broaden your skills in the use of your smart phones, tablets or laptops, a group of people will be available to assist you on a one to one basis, in a quiet, non hurried environment. 

Let us know you are dropping in, give us an idea of what you would like assistance with, and bring along your own device.  Please ensure you have your passwords.

How do I log into the Teign u3a website, and navigate my way around to get the most out of it?

How do I use WhatsApp - and turn off that annoying ping!  And use the Polls.

My partner usually does this for me, but I'm on my own now and would like to learn to do emails etc for myself.

A member of my family or friend usually does this for me, but I would like to learn for myself.

How do I attach a file, upload photos (and edit them)

If you would like to go a bit further we can assist with editing document files, spreadsheets - using Microsoft office, google documents etc.
